the beauty of the creative mess.

As an artist, I see beauty in almost everything...including the messes I make in the creative process. I find it very rewarding to clean up my studio space readying it for the next big project which always involves making yet another big mess. It's beautiful! I also love to photograph everything including my process from choosing and laying out my supplies, vintage containers filled with yummy collections of buttons/beads/trinkets/paper scraps, spills and splatters on my desk, as well as the end product. I never really plan too much, I just enjoy how the journey through it unfolds. Here are a few photos I've taken along the way. Enjoy!
